Chinelo Orjiugo M. (Accountant) holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom. Prior to being a partner in the company, she held various staff and management accounting positions in a number private and public institutions. She is vested with the duties of:
Cost estimation, budgeting and evaluation of projects; Preparation of payment vouchers for in house staff & contractors; Coordinating and control of operations of the firm; Liaising with Contractors and service partners on maintenance of Bore hole, Lifts, generators, Sewage Plant, water treatment plants and other facilities; Ensuring that repairs and maintenance problems are logged daily and arranging for the repairs by the site technicians or by the service partners; Preparation of banking /cash transfers; Monthly preparation of cash flow projection; Bank reconciliation/bank relationship management; Review of petty cash expenses; Responsible for account and administrative duties, staff salaries, control and welfare; Responsible for recovery of debts and stock taking of customer’s stock.

Augustine Uchechukwu Goodluck (COREN, MNSE, MNIM, MNFEngM) He is a COREN certified Civil Engineer and a Business Development expert with versatile in the Engineering, Energy generation, Building and Construction involving the management of several complex projects. He has over 8years cumulative experience as a Manager with excellent planning. He has worked with XYZ Engineering Akure as a Project and Construction Engineer over the years. He was part of the project team that handled various infrastructural, refurbishments and construction project of the Central Bank of Nigeria in South West (Ondo State). He has worked with SUPERTEK NIGERIA LIMITED Abuja, one of the growing energy generating company in Nigeria as a Business Development Officer. He is a member of numerous professional bodies such as the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), the Nigerian Society of Engineer (NSE), Nigerian Institute of Civil Engineer (NICE) and Nigeria Facility and Engineering Management (NIFengM).
